HOW WE OPERATE:
We operate on a contingency basis.  That is, the fee is due only when an applicant referred to your company by Cox Professional Resources, Inc., is hired and starts working for your company.  Since our services are employer oriented, our fees are charged to the employer.

For difficult to fill positions, we also offer retained search to focus our efforts on a particular employer and position.

OUR PHILOSOPHY:
While we can fill any position, or place any applicant, given enough time and effort, we know that time is the critical factor.  Therefore, we strive to work with quality, to save your time and ours.
